After moving from an old affiliate system to a new, Income Access based affiliate platform, CaliberAffiliate asked some affiliates back in August 2011 to give their opinion about the affiliate program, what has improved and about what can improve.

Because we wanted to ask about the difference between “now and then”, we chose to this time ask some of our top affiliates who have been working with CaliberAffiliate for 3-5 years. Below you will find their comments.

How do you find the new CaliberAffiliate compared to the old system?

BM, Sweden: “It is much better but I would prefer to have a simpler overview of income, I think it could be shown on the main page”

TH, Norway: “I think the new system is a big upgrade compared to the old one”

NH, Denmark: “Much better. The old system was very stiff and I was not able to get any real information out of it. The new system has plenty of reports and a system for marketing material that makes contact with our affiliate manager unnecessary. Now we can make some proper analysis of the traffic we send.”

Are you happy with the way your payments and payment queries are dealt with? [Question asked before CaliberAffiliate had moved to managing payments internally]

TH, Norway “Yes. But they are lagging behind some Nordic competitors when it comes to speed.”

BM, Sweden “I would like an email in conjunction with payment so I know what the payment adheres to”

NH, Denmark “We have not received any payments from the new system yet, but all queries has been dealt with in a very professional and swift manor.”

NOTE: Since CaliberAffiliate took over payments internally in September 2011, affiliates receive a payment receipt with reference number via email when payments are sent.

Do you feel you receive the service you expect, as an affiliate, from Caliber Affiliate?

BM,  Sweden “Yes! Quick response in a friendly manner”

TH, Norway “Absolutely. I have worked with a lot of affiliate programs and I can honestly say that Caliber is the quickest one to respond. No matter how small the queiry is, I always get an answer within a timely fashion. Caliber has also always been super helpful and cooperative. I feel like I am a partner and not only an affiliate.”

NH, Denmark “Yes”

Is there anything in particular you would like to mention with regards to your cooperation with CaliberAffiliate?

BM, Sweden “Previously answered already”

TH, Norway “Sure, Anneli is a really great Aff. manager. Probably among the best in the business.”

NH, Denmark “I trust Caliber. Anyone in the business knows that trust is a rare thing here, but I genuinely trust Caliber. They admit errors and correct them swiftly. Our affiliate manager, Anneli, always has time for questions, and she tends to queries right away, so I never feel that I am “just another affiliate” when I talk to Caliber.”

What could CaliberAffiliate do to improve?

TH, Norway “Get the new system up and running a 100%. And maybe faster payments, but that would only be a bonus.”

BM, Sweden “Send info about new campaigns and special games at least a week in advance”

NH, Denmark “Previously I would have said “change your affiliate system” – but now I cannot really think of anything.”

Note: The new system is up and running 100%, payments are faster but undergoing further improvement and emails with campaigns are sent out as soon as CaliberAffiliate is informed about campaigns/special games.

Would you recommend other affiliates to work with CaliberAffiliate?

BM, Sweden “Absolut”

NH, Denmark “Without a doubt”

TH, Norway “I already have recommended Caliber to other affiliates.”

If you would recommend CaliberAffiliate to other affiliates, what would be the main or reason (-s)?

NH, Denmark “They are trustworthy, give you both personal and swift service, and of course have products worth promoting.”
